CombinaisonS OF CORONARY ANASTOMOSES12 - Combinations of coronary anastomoses (part 1): grafting two diagonal arteries
In this combination, we present a triple coronary bypass performed by means of the internal left mammary artery only: it successively deals with the first diagonal artery, the second diagonal artery and the anterior interventricular artery. The anastomoses on the two diagonal arteries are inverted diamond-shaped. The end to side anastomosis on the left anterior interventricular artery is classical.
